Katie Rose, MA, ADHD Coach.

I started Neurowell because I wanted to help neurodivergent young people find ways to accept who they are and embrace their strengths, and to help their parents support them effectively. Living with ADHD can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to stop you from doing anything you set your mind to.

My background includes a Master’s in Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto with a focus on early child development, a Life Coach certificate from Rhodes Wellness College, and a lifetime of lived experience with ADHD. I have also received ADHD coaching myself. Further, I am neurodivergent, and have worked with diverse children, youth, and young adults in my work and education. These credentials and experiences helped me to understand what is needed to thrive with a neurodivergent mind.

Together, we can look inward, let go of society’s expectations, and accept all aspects of your or your child’s neurodivergence. Neurowell will provide a safe space to challenge life’s barriers in life in order to find structure and stillness.
